Bio: I’m a late blooming eternal optimist who loves to write. The creative bug first bit during my middle school newspaper days. That childhood joy evolved into a decade of print and broadcast journalism. I covered everything from sports to politics. As my wiser than me adult sons have ventured forth into the world, my wife and I are left to new adventures in between catching up with them. Life experience includes one half dozen years in the U.S. Marine Corps, a dash of defense contracting, and a decade long retail ownership run. The creative process of filling up blank pages, or taking thoughts from the ether and filtering them through a keyboard has proven to be my natural habitat.
